By using Zoomlings you agree to these terms. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. If you are a teacher, your school's acceptable use policy also applies.

• Students: Any child Kindergarten through Grade 8 with parent permission
• Parents: Adults with a valid email address who are the parent or legal guardian of a student
• Teachers: Verified educators with a school email address

• Parents are responsible for their child's account and activity
• Keep your login credentials secure
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access

You agree not to:

• Use Zoomlings for anything other than educational purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
• Submit false information during registration
• Use the app to harass, bully, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent any security or content restrictions

Zoomlings uses artificial intelligence to generate questions and summaries. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and age-appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. Please report any concerning content to [email protected].

All Zoomlings content — including the animal characters, illustrations, questions, and app design — is owned by Zoomlings and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Coins, badges, and other virtual items earned in Zoomlings have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money. Virtual items may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We aim to keep Zoomlings available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any disruption to service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Parents may delete their child's account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Zoomlings is an educational supplement — not a replacement for school, teachers, or professional educational assessment. Results may vary. We make no guarantees about specific educational outcomes.

We may update these terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
